Traffic on Clay rd going in town gets backed up in the mornings, but it's all relative to Houston. ?Bear Creak Park area can flood with some heavy rain, but the drainage has been decent. ?

I would recommend driving the area in the morning or evening traffic so you could get an idea of traffic before signing any type of lease. ?(If traffic is a concern for you)
