BUSINESS ANALYST GLOBAL CUSTOMER SERVICES (GCS)

?

Specific Responsibilities

  • Collect key GCS data from Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Quality and the regions.

  • Convert the data into a GCS Balanced Scorecard

  • Compare against targets and analyze the trends

  • Support the Service Director in following-up ongoing projects

  • Review the performance: Accurately prepare, analyze, present monthly, quarterly & reports with GCS Management

  • Applies expertise to the most complex problems; coordinates work outside own area of expertise

  • Interact with colleagues from different functions across the regions and questions the numbers collected? when necessary

Skills and Competencies

  • Leverages methods and approaches for data collection from other internal/external sources and best practices to address complex processes, situations or issues

  • Ability to collect a huge amount of date and to optimize their utilization

  • Assesses various stakeholders' opinions and appropriately integrates them into work/project plans

  • Networks within the organization and maintains strong, long-term relationships

  • Leverages understanding of the synergies between functions to serve customer needs

  • Leverages trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions

  • Engages colleagues by asking thought-provoking questions; maintains an open-minded attitude to generate possible solutions

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's? Degree? in? Business? Administration or? Finance

  • 1-5 years experience as Business Analyst within a matrix organization

  • Excellent with MS Excel: Hands on with spreadsheets and data analysis

  • Good understanding of P&L

  • Excellent? written? and? verbal? communication ?in English(multi-lingual with a plus) with? the? ability? to? effectively? communicate? complex? business? issues? to? people? at? all? organization? levels

  • Expert? in managing and prioritizing multiple projects

  • Ability to work with matrix teams

  • Travel 20 % of time
